Fakenham Farm and Equine Vets is an independently owned practice covering the areas of King's Lynn and West Norfolk, North Norfolk and Breckland.  

It was founded in 2021 in order to provide high quality, professional and compassionate veterinary services to farmers and horse owners.  

As well as encouraging proactive routine care we provide a familiar face to help with any emergency 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.
